Brujarella illustrated by Iban Barrenetxea

Something terrible has happened. The frogs are disappearing. All of them. Someone is kidnapping them from the ancient Forest of Terragrís. Someone, or maybe... something. The Coven of Terragrís is really upset. Frogs are the main ingredient for most of their potions. Specially the important ones; the potions to annoy children. Those awful and rude children, always getting lost in the forest... And now, without frogs, the future of Witchcraft is at risk. They have to do something, and they have to do it now. Meanwhile, Brujarella, a stubborn and quite independent old witch is having problems of her own. While doing her yearly laundry (she is the cleanest witch in the whole world for a reason) she discovers one of her dear striped socks is missing. Who is behind the mysterious disappearances? Does the enigmatic Marquis de Grenouille have something to do with it? Brujarella, with the help of her faithful —but quite peculiar— friends will have to infiltrate the creepy Grenouille Manor to solve the mystery... This is a novel about the important things in life, like friendship, and self respect, and... socks. And about a revenge... And about frogs too; about lots and lots of frogs! via
